All-Sports Strength & CONDITIONING Small Groups

Join us for these Mintonette Strength all-sports small group training sessions! You do not need to be a volleyball player or on a Mintonette club team to participate.

These sessions will help your athlete increase overall athletic performance and reduce injury. This accelerated class will work cohesively, with the regular schedule team training and provide extra time to focus on specific muscle groups.

Sessions will consist of:

  • Stretching/muscle activation 
  • Core strengthening 
  • Endurance
  • Agility 
  • Explosiveness 
  • Nutrition and recovery
  • Corrective strength exercises 
  • And so much more in a fun and high-energy environment

Dates & Times: 

  • Mondays: 4:30-5pm & 5:30-6pm
  • Wednesdays: 4:30-5pm & 5:30-6pm
  • Thursdays: 5:30-6pm & 6-6:30pm

Ages/Grades: Boys & Girls 13s-18s (Grades 7th-12th)
Experience level: Any! Open to athletes of any sport and any club team.
Cost: $15 each session
